Each batch of buttercream is made with patience to get the smoothest and most tasty buttercream in town. Jess E's buttercream is made from scratch and homemade every time. For traditional cakes you can expect  either Swiss or Italian Meringue Buttercream. Cream Cheese Frosting and American Buttercream are available by request. Flavors and choice of frosting/buttercream will be part of your consultation. Most specialty cakes, including sculpted cakes will be covered in fondant with a layer of buttercream underneath!
