Jess Eddy
My Journey
Prior to becoming a stay at home mom and experimenting in the kitchen, my background was in business and teaching. When my youngest became school age, my husband and I made a bold decision for me to follow my passion and go back to school. To my surprise I surpassed my expectations and fell even more in love with the creativity I get to explore and the joy I get to bring to people. I love to do out of the box type cakes and put full heart and passion into every part of the cakes I do!

I have coached hockey for many years and love spending time at the rink watching my kiddos play. If I'm not in the kitchen baking a cake you will most likely find me at a rink somewhere in southeastern Wisconsin.

The EDDY Family

None of this would be possible without the support and love from my family. Rick Eddy, A.K.A. Mr.Eddy, is a programmer in his real job but will often be seen assisting in delivering cakes and running to the store for ingredients. Eddy kids include Libby Wilson, currently playing hockey at Arrowhead high school, Liam Eddy, plays hockey with AYHA and Liv Eddy, also plays hockey with AYHA.

Every order is specially custom to your event. I will include you as part of the journey and keep open communication through out. All orders are made with fresh ingredients and from scratch. No box cakes here!
We also deliver! No need to worry about transporting the cake.

Location

Currently all orders are made from my home in Hartland. Please note my kitchen is not certified. However, I am Food Safe certified myself through WCTC. I always take the necessary precautions to make sure every dessert leaving my kitchen is safe!
Our goal is to one day have a certified kitchen store front to offer! Stay tuned!

Jess and the Eddy's are working on some awesome donut and dessert recipes that will be coming soon to Jess E's cake and donuts.

Our goal is to provide donut walls and dessert bars for your wedding and special events. We also have aspirations to offer a donut bouquet delivery service! However, since we care so much about making sure we are 100% confident in our services we are still working on the details to make this another great service by Jess E's Cakes and Donuts sometime in the near future.
